Irrespective of the investment method used on your behalf, we will pay the following:
Between 5% and 15% towards mortgage deposits
Reservation fees

This gives our investors the buying power to purchase multiple investment properties irrespective of whether they have invested before or have an existing property portfolio.

- How do you obtain the discounts?
We buy in bulk from developers, normally committing to the purchase of between 3 and 5 properties on each development site. - Do you help with finding Tenants?
Yes - Gemini Lettings provides national coverage and a central point of contact for Investors. - Is there is a limit to the number of properties I can buy with no financial input from myself?
Yes, depending upon many factors relating to your current position. However, your Investment Manager will take this into account when advising you. - Can I still have properties with no financial input if I already have a portfolio?
Yes, we will simply take this into account. - What about tax issues?
We have tax advisors on hand to offer help and assistance as and when required. - Can I speak to existing Investors?
Yes, we are always happy to provide references. - What types of properties could I expect to own?
