Terms and conditions:

1) I understand Gemini will find investment properties and present them to me with a view to me purchasing them. I agree that for any development sites Gemini introduce me to if I purchase a property on the development site I agree to Gemini receiving its full commission.

2) I agree that I will endeavor to keep private the details of any development sites and not make any information I am given public knowledge.

3) I understand that once I agree, either verbally or in writing to purchase a property and Gemini reserve the property for me I am liable for reimbursing Gemini any costs they incur in respect of my purchase if I then decide not to proceed with the purchase.

4) I agree to use Gemini Solicitors and Mortgage Advisors, unless agreed in writing by a Gemini Director.

5) I understand that upon completion of each purchase I fully own the property and I am fully responsible for the mortgage and the property.

6) I will show my agreement to Gemini costings for each property transaction by signing an illustration relating to the property purchase.

7) I will endeavor to provide all required documentation and do my utmost to ensure my property purchase completes on time.

8) I agree that as a result of my actions if a property purchase misses the deadline set Gemini are entitled to their full fee plus costs associated with my purchase.

9) I agree I fully understand how Gemini will help me and that I am unable to change any part of the property transaction unless agreed in writing by a Gemini Director.

10) I agree that at all times I will disclose all material facts to Gemini and its third party associates in respect of any mortgage application.
