BirminghamBirmingham city centre has been subject to an extensive programme of redevelopment and regeneration since the early 1990's in particular, resulting in an exciting cosmopolitan area well served by all types of amenities. Entire urban areas have been restyled to provide high quality contemporary living accommodation with easy access to numerous cafe bars, canalside restaurants and thoughtfully designed public open spaces.

Particular attention has been paid to the Broad Street area of the city which has now become the main entertainment location. Other facilities include the National Indoor Arena, the International Convention Centre, the Royal Ballet and Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, together with superb shopping outlets at the New Bull Ring, the Pavilions and the Mail Box. Good motorway connections are available at nearby Spaghetti Junction.

Loacated in central England, Derby benefits from good road communications including junction 24 of the M1 and is also within easy reach of various 'A' roads including the A6, A50, A3 and A52.

East Midlands Airport and Birmingham International Airport are approximately 15 minutes and 45 minutes drive from the city centre respectively.
