BRISTOL

BristolBristol is the largest city in the South West of England, with a population of approximately half a million.

The city offers a range of leisure and recreational facilities with further restaurants, museums and attractions situated near the harbourside. Surrounding countryside and coastlines are also within easy reach.
 
Bristol also further benefits from two universities, theatres and concert halls including the Old Vic, along with some art galleries and museums.

CARDIFF

Cardiff is becoming an increasingly sought after location for many investors due to its lively atmosphere and the extensive facilities available. City centre attractions include the National Museum and Gallery, the CardiffMillennium Stadium, Cardiff Castle and several Victorian shopping arcades, along with a wide choice of bars and restaurants.
 
A large number of residential developments are currently being undertaken in nearby Cardiff Bay, less than a mile from the city centre, with good public transport links between the two areas. Demand for properties in the waterfront developments is high and consequently, both rental values and capital growth are at comparatively high levels.

CLIFTON

CliftonClifton village is a suburb of Bristol steeped in tradition, with a large number of Regency and Georgian properties still present, overlooking the Downs benefiting from a pleasant aspect. Direct rail links exist to Bristol.
 
Demand for both investment and owner occupied properties in the area is understandably high, due to its popularity with both the locals and outside investors.
