As you maybe aware in the past few years many businesses (not Gemini) have been selling UK buyers Spanish and overseas properties. These buyers have been using savings or equity drawn from their UK houses to pay for the 20 -30% deposits required! As these buyers are drawing near to completion, somewhat 1 -2 years after committing their monies, they have found their personal situations have changed and they can no longer proceed. This has left them in the difficult situation of potentially loosing all their money and not owning the property they started out to buy. 

We have been stepping in and helping these buyers save something from the deal, by selling their contracts to Gemini Investors. What this means for you, the Gemini Investor is that you can buy a built property, with habitation licence, for yourself with only having to contribute between 2% and 5% of the total costs.

You will then enjoy a holiday home or rental property which benefits from normally having either a beach or golf view, with 20% equity in the property, all taxes and costs paid which are typically 16% of the property purchase price.
